Moptop with a Salade on the side

 This is Tonya, known in the blogsphere as The Moptop! She is a blogger from the beautiful state of Washington. We love the way she styled this vintage 90's crushed velvet mini-dress, her most recent purchase from TFV! Check out her blog here.
